4. Payments & Refunds

5. Imagery & Data Rights

  • Unless otherwise agreed, AerialMVP retains ownership of all aerial imagery and data collected.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for personal or business purposes.

  • AerialMVP will not publish or share client imagery without prior consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AerialMVP operates in compliance with FAA regulations and takes reasonable precautions during operations.

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, regulatory restrictions, or conditions outside of our control.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, AerialMVP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. AerialMVP is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those sites.

8. Privacy
