Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 21, 2025
At AerialMVP, we strive to deliver professional and reliable aerial mapping, video, and photography services. Because our work involves significant planning, regulatory compliance, and field operations, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Deposits

A deposit may be required to confirm and schedule your project.

Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where AerialMVP must cancel due to regulatory or operational constraints.
2. Cancellations by Client

More than 7 days before project date: Clients may cancel and receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

Within 7 days of project date: Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total project cost, depending on preparation already completed.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full payment is required, and no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations by AMVP

If AerialMVP must cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with the client to reschedule at no additional cost.

If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.
4. Weather and Safety Delays
Drone operations are weather-dependent. If conditions prevent flight on the scheduled day, AerialMVP will reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will not be provided for weather delays unless the project is fully canceled by AerialMVP.
5. Service Delivery

Once services have been delivered (imagery, video, maps, or models), refunds will not be issued.

If the deliverables are defective due to an error by AerialMVP, we will correct the issue or, if not possible, provide a partial refund at our discretion.
